Is there a way to automatically show users who are actively viewing/editing a spreadsheet or document?

    Hi Emersius,

    Thank you for your question! There is a way to see who is actively editing a spreadsheet or document and where they are editing. When a file is open, there is an indicator in the bottom-right corner of the screen that will show you who else also has the file open. Hovering over the icon will quickly give you the names of these users and clicking on it will give you the option to jump to where their cursor is.

    When there are multiple collaborators in a file, each cursor will be designated a unique color and hovering over it will display the user's name.
