Find & Replace All in Spreadsheets
ConcluídaIs there any timeline on when the Find & Replace All feature will be available in Workiva spreadsheets? Currently the only option is to find and replace, and this has resulted in our team having to manually find and replace for several thousands of items every single month instead of a simple 'Find and Replace All' like is available in excel. This feature would save our team several hours a month and I'm curious when it will be available in Workiva.

I agree with everyone else. We need a find and replace all as soon as possible. I too spend countless hours, maybe days updating 1cell at a time, instead of replace all. Any update on the timeframe as I see this went into planning stage at least 2 years ago?!

Voicing support for this feature as well! It would be a big time saver when rolling documents to a new period, importing new worksheets, reformatting, etc. Hope to see it soon.

I need to find and replace over 88K instances and there is no way I can do this manually one by one. When do you expect the Replace All functionality to be available?

Sadly, no new news here. It is on the roadmap to be done and has moved into 2024. I don't see it yet planned for Q1 at this point but we continue to push on our end and share these sorts of experiences. We'll definitely keep you updated if we get some early movement this quarter.
