  Hi Sarah!

  Thanks for the question. To confirm, you are in a next gen Document or a Classic Document? In next gen, there's no header box, so-to-speak. I only see this when I click in a header:

  

  To access that in next gen, you only need to click in the header space to access and edit that, and there's no box perse. All that is controlled on the right-hand panel.

  In a Classic Document, however, I see this for the header:
  
  

  Are you not seeing the second item, i.e. no Header item? I don't see that box until I double-click inside the margin space at the header. Is this what you are seeing?
