Does anyone have field definitions for the IPE document form in the SOX module?

    I wanted to clarify something with you quickly. Are you referring to the actual definitions of the fields within the Control Record, like this?



    If so, the first two fields are the relationship from control to the system and document in which the control needs to be carried out effectively. This applies primarily to business process controls. The last two fields are systems and documents in which the performance of the control’s effectiveness determines the reliability of the system/document. Most commonly IT controls have this relationship to systems and documents.

    I have similar questions as some of the data fields are ambiguous.  Is there a  glossary of all data field definitions, for not only IPE, but Controls, Risk, Systems, etc?
