How to find evidence in SOX database for mark up?

I approved by PBC and evidence is showing under the sample but the only thing I can do with the evidence is download. How do I open in the viewer so I can mark it up and get this control tested?

    Hi Donna,
     
    Step 1: Open the Testing Experience
    - Navigate to the Testing experience
    - Select the Tester tab
    - Click on the name of the test form you want to open
     
    Step 2: Navigate to the Evidence
    - Within the test form, go to a Test Phase
    - Select Test Steps and Attributes to see associated matrices
    - Under the Files column, click the file icon to see the evidence files (the number in parentheses shows how many files are attached to that sample)
     
    Step 3: Open the Markup Viewer
    - Click Mark up next to the file you want to annotate
    - The markup viewer will open in a new tab, displaying all sample evidence in the left panel
     
    Step 4: Mark Up the Evidence
    - Use Zoom In and Fit options to focus on important areas
    - Select samples from the left-hand panel to view them
    - From the Evidence testing panel, drag attributes directly onto the page
    - Mark test steps as passed or failed using the status icon
     
    Supported file types: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .ppt, .pptx, .csv, .msg, and more (max 50MB)
