Linking was a game changer for us. The history feature and being able to create blacklines to compare versions is also very helpful.
0User centric reports! They make it so easy for our business users to answer the questions we need them to about controls, without having to filter to their own controls. Once they open up the report, their controls are already displayed for them.
0Linking is a game changer for us, being able to have the support a click away makes review much easier and the confidence in the data across documents much higher.
0My two favorite features of Workiva are the graphs and the history function. The graphs help us a ton with our analytics for our financial statements! The history function is helpful for my own purposes of seeing what has changed from one version to another within an actual file without running a blackline.
0I absolutely LOVE the ease of inserting supporting documentation into the working papers!!!! Requesting documents from the auditee within the platform!!!
0As a long time user, my favorite feature is the seamless linking of excel and word into a document that is then converted into a ready to file document.

0I love being able to keep the table headers with tables below using the "Keep with next" checkbox. Really helps with readability without having to constantly check and manually adjust spacing!
0Love the Roll Forward - gives a complete template for the new year ACFR. Also, if I may add, the linking feature. Change once, publish throughout the document. Keeps data accurate.
0So many great features! Comments makes the review and follow up process so easy, linking between documents and tabs has completely changed how we prepare our financials.
0If i have to pick just one, I would say linking. Linking has enabled my team to quickly and easily update information throughout saving time and effort.
0For me having the ability to have one source of the truth for financial statements that can be linked across multiple reports as needed and the ability to do a connected sheet from/to date within different workspaces is a game changer for my team.

0Blacklines! Makes it so much easier for audit and executive review.
0Seeing authorship across a document allows us to easily see where changes were made and reduces the time spent reviewing items that are not expected to be updated.
0I love the formatting of formulas to show "as displayed"! It really helps with footing/cross-footing, internal consistency, and easy identification of numbers that may need to be force-rounded.

0Linking is fantastic as we are not able to connect our ERP directly to workiva, at least we have only one source of manual entry.
0While linking is essential, the sync function has become my favorite feature for efficiency! It also gave us some leverage to get PBC providers to provide consistent data. :-D
0Linking - Having a single source workbook that links to all our reports and documents is an incredible time saver for us. I could not imagine going back to a world without this feature!
0While there are so many great aspects of the Workiva platform, the best for me is the linking between spreadsheets and documents. In my SEC workspace this allows my team and I go work as efficiently as possible from our GL to the quarterly earnings release, quarterly investor presentation, and 10Q/10K.

0EVERYTHING! From track changes, blacklines, linking, comments, etc. from the moment I started using Workiva/webfilings (almost 10 years ago?!). I also went to the first Amplify when it was in Chicago and would love to go to Denver!
