Certifications - new process - responses say pending

Hi, I just created two test certifications using the new process.  In the first one there are no exceptions to the questions and the summary shows "completed", yet the responses tab/icon shows a status of "pending review" for every question.  In the second test, I responded with an exception, was then asked to approve the exception, which I did, and the responses tab/icon properly shows a status of "accepted" for each question.  Trying to find out why the one with no exceptions doesn't have a status of "accepted" for each question as the questions are set to auto approve if there are no exceptions.

    Looks like you've stumbled across the "Pending Review" issue a few of our customers have been facing. Luckily, this is just a bug in the system and the fix will be released to production tonight. The response data for previously completed certs will be patched to appropriately show "accepted". Fear not, solutions are on the way!
