Rolling forward Templates

When rolling forward a template for the next quarter, we need a way to accurately and easily clear out previous information that the country completed when we rollover the templates for the new quarter. Currently, in order to preserve the live connections and template layout for the next period, we would have to manually go in and delete the information the country filled out previously (20+ tabs to clear for each of the 80+ countries). Is there an option to use chains to delete information that is not locked in certain tabs? Note: We usually provide an example in the input tabs, which we would not want to delete.
