No Document Extract to Word?

You xan export to word by clicking on the document, selecting export, then section, full document, etc. and then docx.

I am trying to Extract to Word but I do not see a drop down under Export. It only exports it to XBRL. Is there a feature I need to activate/get a license for? Thanks
