Simplify the process of copying a floating table within a document

It is currently very difficult to copy a floating table from one page to another and the process is not well documented on the Workiva Support webpage. Thank you for simplifying the process.

    Hi Patricia Perren,

    I'm happy to explain what my current best practice is for copying and pasting a floating table.

    1. Once a floating table is on the page you can click into the table and highlight a cell.

    2. Then navigate to the outer edge of the table and click on that. It should show the table then selected but no cell selected/highlighted. See screenshot:

    3. After the floating table is selected like above then simply ctrl+c to copy and go to the new page or section you want to paste it in and click into that page and hit ctrl+v to paste it. You should see it show up and with a new anchor for that new table.
