What is your favorite Workiva feature?

From linking to snapshots, floating images to chains, the list of Workiva features runs deep. And if you’re like me, there are some you couldn’t go without (split to section, anyone?). Whether you’ve been using it since day one or just stumbled upon it yesterday, we’d love to know, what is your favorite Workiva feature and why?

It depends when I'm answering the question. Currently, linking is my favorite feature. However, a few years ago precision overrides was my favorite feature and my team is still hoping that comes back to the platform in the future.

Linking for sure. But since everyone else seems to agree I will offer up Blackline functionality as another feature I love!

My favorite Workiva feature is Blackline. I appreciate the ability to blackline different drafts, isolate sections, pick up only pages that have changed, and have a quick and easy way to determine what changes were made during our process. It's also so convenient to have it be on demand at any time, particularly in the days and hours leading up to our filing.

Linking, but I also like being able to restrict who can see comments.

Linking is extremely helpful when the same number is used throughout documents especially during a last minute change. Due to the linking, the number is quickly updated throughout the entire document.

- Direct Comments - enhanced collaboration.
- Linking - one source of truth of data flowing throughout documents and presentations.
- Blacklines- allow for easy of viewing and managing changes.
- Working with Workiva developers.

While linking is a must, I love the history panel, especially the cell history. It's been a life saver with multiple users.

Linking multiple numbers to a single source of truth, blacklines and being able to roll forward dates and XBRL.
