Hi Matt!
Welcome to the Community :)
Happy to help answer this. I asked some experts for sure and if the review is not in process you can right-click and edit the review plan on the test form. If the review is in process, you can update in a report (barring this field is a column in a report), but the caveat here is the task will NOT be updated. If you would like a task to be sent, you will have to have the tester retract, edit the review plan, and then send for review to the new reviewer.Let us know if there are any questions or follow-ups there. Thanks for your contributions and have a great rest of your day!0I have the same issue. The files have already been sent for review and the person is no longer with the company. Any ideas?
0How do I bulk update the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level reviewer for all my existing controls
0The reviewer fields on controls live in Review Plan reification tables on Test Forms. They cannot be created from a report — only edited. This means the Review Plan records must already exist on each control's test form before you can bulk edit them.
Option 1: Bulk Edit via a Report (Recommended for existing review plans)1. Navigate to Reports in the GRC database
2. Open a report that includes the reviewer fields for your controls (e.g., a Test and Control Matrix or similar report with reviewer columns)
3. Select all the records you want to update (use checkboxes)
4. Right-click → Bulk Edit
5. In the Data View panel, update the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level reviewer fields
6. Click Confirm EditsSome items to keep in mind here:
- You must have a Data Admin role or an editing rule granted on that report column
- Reviewer columns must not have the--readOnlyor--collapse_treeannotation applied
- If the reviewer column isn't editable, a hidden output line for the intermediate traversal (Review Plan Item) may need to be added to the report WARG — a PSE/PSM or Data Admin can assist with thisOption 2: Bulk Update via "Create from Spreadsheet" (if review plans don't exist yet)If review plans haven't been created yet, you can use:
- Testing → Create → Test Form → From Spreadsheet
- This allows you to bulk create/update test phases and review plans, including reviewers
- It won't create duplicates — it will update existing records where they exist0Zaloguj się, aby dodać komentarz.
