Selecting certain cells when syncing with Workiva Sync
How can I select only certain cells of an Excel sheet if I do not want to sync the entire sheet with Workiva Sync?

Log in to Workiva Sync, select the cell(s) in your spreadsheet that you want to sync and then select "Start a sync". On the next screen select "Use selected ranges" under Options at the bottom left. If you do this, only the cell(s) you selected will sync.

It did not work and that is why I was wondering whether I have to do the selecting in some other specific way.

Depending on the version of Excel you are using, this feature may not be supported. Syncing individual cells is provided for the following versions of Excel:
- Microsoft 365 subscription Version 1903 (Build 11425.202004) and later
- Office 2016 perpetual Version 1903 (Build 11425.202004) and later
- Office 2021 on Windows volume-licensed perpetual Version 1903 (Build 11425.202004) and later
- Office on Mac 16.24
- Office on iPad 16.0
- Office on Web
