I have a multi-page inline table with gray horizontal lines dividing rows. There is an assigned header row with thicker dark lines. The header row's line is layered beneath the gray lines from the preceding page. I can't seem to layer the header row's line to the top and it's only resolved when I turn off the previous row's line on the preceding page. I would like to keep both lines. It seems like the header row's line should override or layer on top.  Is there a way to do this? Thank you
