How to Approve a Test Form in SOX

I'm trying to approve tests forms in SOX. I have been already added as the Reviewer in the Test Form but it I do not see an approve button. If I make a right click on the mouse or try Editing the review, it does not give me an approve button either. I changed my permission in the Test Form from Editor to Owner to see if it made a difference. But it didn't.

    Hello and welcome to the Community, Danilisse!

    I'm happy to help answer your question here. There are a few known causes of a Missing Approver button. 

    - Tester hasn't clicked Start Test → Submit for Review 
    - No review plan has been created on the test phase
    - Reviewer assigned to wrong/duplicate Person record
    - Active Review Plan Item failed to get set on the test phase backend record
     
     
    Permissions note: In SOX Testing, the assigned Tester and Reviewer get automatic permissions — unlike Audit forms where Editor access must be explicitly granted

    Thank you Mike for your response. We could made it work. The Tester had not hit "Start Test" and then "Submit for Review". Once these two buttons were activated on the Tester part, then I could see the buttons for "Approve" or "Reject".
