Hi,

Currently, when users want to make bulk changes in the platform via search and replace, they have to search the entire range and press "replace" once for each cell to be changed.

This functionality is very inefficient, Workiva should have a "replace all" button.

    We do apologize that this enhancement has taken longer than anticipated to provide. We know its a big need from our users and we do want to make it available. Currently our engineering team is engaged in testing possibilities for feasibility and performance. Depending on those results we should have a better idea of when we can get this prioritized for release into Workiva for use.

    This feature is critical! When is it likely to be in place. Really frustrating and inefficient to be clicking through each cell that needs changing - especially if you have a large dataset!

    Thanks for chiming in here. No new updates for this in terms of when. It remains a hotly requested item and one our product team is engaged in discovery on to determine a go forward plan. I wouldn't anticipate it yet in Q1 2025 but hopefully we'll see progress this year. We'll be sure to get you added and keep you apprised of progress. Cheers and happy Friday!

    Any updates on the status of this? Or a workaround? It has been "planned" since 2020 (according to one of the multiple other request threads on the topic) and if we have to wait another five years it will be 2030.

    Thanks for chiming in here. This has definitely been a long standing request and we acknowledge it has been planned for some time now. The good news is our Product Team has begun started work to introduce a Bulk Replace feature to the Find and Replace panel in Documents, Presentations and Spreadsheets. We are targeting this for use later this year.
