New users recently added to a Workspace can't see the reports where they were assigned as collaborators

Hi,

I just added four users, invited them to the workspace, created a group exclusive for them, created the SSO mapping, added them to a report as viewers, and still can't see it.

What am I missing?

    Hi Jonathan!

    Thanks for the question. Based on your description, my assumption here is you are talking about the Workiva Database or SOX/Controls Management and/or Audit. If so, the Database also requires additional roles to see items. If you want to give your team view-only access to reports, they will need either the Process/Control Owner or External Audit role to only view reports.
