    Hi Sydney!

    Welcome to the Community :)

Happy to help here. Range linking is primarily designed for use within document experience tables, which includes spreadsheets and embedded tables, such as those in presentations and other document types. You can successfully range link from a table in a document to another table, provided these are within embedded tables or similar supported structures.

If you're not seeing the range link paste options, make sure you're pasting the range link into another table within the destination document, not directly on the document itself outside of a table. This kind of paste requires the destination to be a table for the range link to apply.

For pasting range links, ensure you're implementing the proper steps:
    1. Select the source range from the original table.
    2. Use the "Create Range Link" option.
    3. Copy the source range link.
    4. Paste it into the destination table.

This should prompt the configuration for range linking, allowing you to manage and link between two tables in different documents without needing a spreadsheet as the source.

Let me know if I've missed the mark or you have any follow-ups for me. Have a happy Friday in the meantime. Cheers!

Hi Mike, thank you for the direction provided. However, I am still not able to paste my range link into the destination table. Is there a way to walk through the issues I'm having with a member of Workiva?
