Hi,

 

I would like to ask is it possible that i need access if i cannot see uploaded file.

    Hello and welcome, Jovita!

    Happy to help answer your question. To make sure I follow, are you looking to find an uploaded file in your Home screen? Or in a Folder or Classic Project? You should be able to find an uploaded file in Home, depending on if you have permission to see it. By default, these types of files (uploaded) get the Default Account Permissions, which is typically just the person who uploads plus the All Users group. If you are a Workspace Owner, you can also toggle to see files you may not have access to but can still access since you have admin rights. This looks like so:

    That being said, once you have access to an uploaded file, currently all you an really do with said file is download it again. Viewing and marking up a file of this type is not yet available, but is being worked on by our Product Team and is planned for release next quarter.
