Help resolving warning about frozen XBRL fact

A few of my tags say 'Frozen XBRL Fact' and are showing in my errors as fact not included in outline. I can see it in the outline, how do I fix this and how did it happen?

    Hi Kendy!

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To check, is it that your document and/or the source (i.e. your workbook) are both not frozen but some XBRL facts indicate they are frozen? If so, it seems to likely be an errant warning message. Our Support Team can help resolve this issue for you.
