New Cybersecurity XBRL requirement

I'm working on the tagging the cybersecurity section following the new XBRL tags. Is the requirement as simple as tagging the text with the "Cybersecurity Risk Management Processes for Assessing, Identifying, and Managing Threats [Text Block]" concept? Assuming no material numbers need tagging.

    Here are 15 required tags if there are no material incidents. They can be found in the static section of the XBRL outline as shown in the screenshot. The highlighted concept is the one that is not required if there is no incident. Whatever exists in that taxonomy and is disclosed by your team would need to be tagged. You can review more and find more detailed SEC resources in the following community post.

    Hi Isabel Messore What is the difference between the highlighted tag and the one above it? Both of them are named exactly the same but one has a (Fag) and the other (Text Block) at the end of it. I wonder why one is required and the other is not.
