Linking a certificate in a process to an entity

Hi

There is the certifications section that helps us track which users have completed the review of their risk register each quarter. However the only link to an entity/department is by naming the certificate. For example, we have to do "[Business Unit name] risk assessment" as a naming structure.

In the data types we capture our hierarchy and list of entities/businesses. How can we link these two so that we can better report on processes against entities?
