New Certification Process

I send out certifications in three groups, at three different times, under one process. It does not seem like I can do this in one process using the new tool but I am hoping I am just not seeing how to do this.

    Hi Nancy (and anyone looking to stagger certification sends),

    Good news! You can actually handle this within a single process by using the Manual trigger option.

    There are three trigger options when setting up a process:
    • Send All at Once
    • One after Another
    • Manual — send each action on demand, at any time you choose
     
    How to set it up for your use case:
    • Before running the process, pre-populate all three groups' certification actions in the process builder
    • Select Manual as the trigger type
    • Once the process is started, send each group's actions whenever you're ready — no need to send them all at once
    • Group 1 now, Group 2 in two weeks, Group 3 next month — all within one process
    • You can also still send all remaining actions at once at any point if needed
    Important: You cannot change the trigger type after the process has started. Make sure to select Manual before running.

    Hi Nancy,

    This isn't available yet, but good news is we will be providing this level of support before the end of the year. Right now the only workaround would be to run these as separate processes.
