(“Promotion”) is a trade promotion open to all legal residents of the 50 United States
and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of
residence. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor: Promotions are sponsored by Workiva Inc., 2900 University Blvd., Ames, IA
50010 (“Sponsor”).

Promotional Period: The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central
Time (“CT”) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT ("Promotional Period")
All entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, illegible, or incomplete entries or any mechanical, typographical, or printing
errors. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, related parties,
and immediate families are not eligible to participate.

To Enter: Entrants may enter by leaving a comment on the designated Workiva
Community post during the Promotional Period. Limit one (1) entry per person during
the Promotional Period. To be deemed valid, entries must be fully completed in
accordance with these Official Rules. Entries that are incomplete, unlawful, offensive,
defamatory, infringing, inappropriate, defective, altered, or not in full compliance with the
Official Rules are void. To be eligible, entrants must be an authorized, active user
associated with an active, paid Workiva customer account through the end of the
Promotional Period. Sponsor reserves the right to verify active customer status prior to
awarding any prize.

Alternate Means of Entry: To enter without posting a comment in the Workiva
Community, send an email to wksuccess@workiva.com with the subject line "Workiva
Swag Giveaway Entry" during the Promotional Period. Include your full name, business
email address, and company name. Email entries are subject to the same entry limit
(one (1) entry per person) and deadline as community post entries. All valid email
entries will have an equal chance of winning in the random drawing.

Selection: Total of three (3) winners will be selected on or around September 4, 2026,
by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Odds
of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be
notified by Community direct message, email, and/or telephone within ten (10) days of
the drawing. Selected winners must respond and claim their prize within five (5)
business days of initial notification. If the selected winners do not respond in such time
frame, are ineligible, refuse or are unable to accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited
and awarded to an alternate winner selected via random draw. Once verified, the prize
will be shipped or awarded promptly.

Prizes: Winner(s) will receive Workiva-branded swag (e.g., branded hoodie, tumbler,
and notebook set). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $50 per winner ($150
total). No substitution or transfer of prizes except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Data Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be
used by Sponsor to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, notify potential winners,
and fulfill prizes. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to Sponsor’s Privacy
Policy (available at: https://www.workiva.com/legal/privacy-policy). Entrants may also
receive promotional communications regarding Sponsor’s products and services.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, without affecting
their eligibility or odds of winning in the Promotion.

Conditions and Restrictions: By participating, winners consent to the use of their name,
handle, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of
Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. By entering, entrants agree to
release Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and
employees from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of
any prize. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all
decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the
Promotion, including interpretation of these Official Rules. This Promotion is governed
by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any
disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in Iowa. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or
modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, at any time and for any reason, including
if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond Sponsor's
reasonable control, such as infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Entrants represent
that they have received employer permission, if applicable, to enter or receive a prize.

List of Winners: Winners will be announced within the post and Workiva will be reaching
out directly. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Workiva
Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 2900 University Blvd., Ames, IA 50010, postmarked within
thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotional Period.
