    We created CDP-specific metrics in our Sustainability Program since they require more specific breakdowns vs what goes in our sustainability report. You can tag the metrics to the CDP question which will pull it over into the form. We will run tasks to collect the data.

    I'm interested in how others plan to collaborate in the API form? We require multiple people to update responses, and it didn't seem like you could assign questions, tag, etc.

    Thanks, Jessica Davis! In the demo walkthrough we had, it seems like you cannot pull the metrics from your Program into the form. You can only copy and paste (there is a tool for related metrics-- if you click the button on question 1.1, it will take you to your program metric if you have anything tagged to CDP 1.1). 

    Same question as you though in terms of collaboration. In the same demo we had, we were told you cannot tag questions in the API form. I suppose the only way to assign questions would be through tasks/data collection?

    Something we're thinking about as well! Agree - workiva CDP doesn't have much of the wokriva functionality (comments/tags, etc.).  We're planning on 'staging' our responses in a separate document - where we plan to tag/edit/create responses, and will link to our factbook/metrics (also planning on using tasks to gather data). Then as a final step, upload the responses into the CDP API for submission.

    Also, how are teams collecting answers to tiered CDP questions? So many of them are nested together. Are people making individual Workiva metrics for each sub question to break apart the CDP's tabled format? Any advice would be helpful!

    We're creating Workiva metrics for individual CDP questions from a ratings & rankings perspective. We're trying to create a streamlined, automated questionnaire that pulls together our responses to each ratings & rankings question. We've been tagging the CDP metrics to the specific ratings & rankings questions & then documenting the page numbers each year so it pulls it together in one sheet. 

    From a CDP perspective, I'm trying to figure out if I want to do this for every CDP question to utilize tasks or just create a task linking to the document with the specific questions noted in the instructions.
