Is there a way to limit the periods shown in my bar chart? I have my bar chart connected to a different spreadsheet that has multiple periods listed in it, but i only want my bar chart to show the last 2 periods. Can i filter this somehow?

    Hi Molly Michener, 

    To limit the periods shown in your bar chart to only the last two periods, you can apply filters to the data connected to your chart. Here's how you can do it:
     
    1. Edit Chart Data:
      - Go to the Edit Chart panel of your bar chart.
      - Under the Data tab, you can filter the data by selecting specific periods. Use the dropdown or filtering options to select only the last two periods.
     
    2. Filter in the Data Source:
      - If your bar chart is connected to a spreadsheet, you can filter the data directly in the spreadsheet to include only the last two periods. This will ensure that only the relevant data is displayed in the chart.
     
    3. Save the Custom View:
      - After applying the filters, save the chart or report to retain this custom view for future use.
     
    You can also hide rows and columns inside of the Chart Data table to control the data displayed.
