Sage Intacct Connector and 2-step verification

Hi!

I have a client that we are trying to configure the Sage Intacct Connector in Workiva and they are currently using a 2-step security verification in Sage Intacct.

I wanted to know if this will cause any issue when trying to connect from Workiva to Sage with the User ID / Password provided and if so...is there a way we can make it work?

I'm currently waiting to have the connector enabled and be able to configure the connector to test it.

    Hello Rodrigo,

    In all honesty this question is best answered by Sage.  It is their API and their requirements you are asking about.  

    In general, most APIs do not enforce MFA, or two factor authentication because there is no way to respond to them for a server-oriented architecture.  That is why they are to be treated very securely.

    Thanks for the quick response Wayne!

    I'll first try to configure the connector and test it. If I have any issues I'll circle back here or work with Sage.
