Font Type in Proxy Statement
The SEC rules say, "All printed proxy statements shall be in roman type at least as large and as legible as 10-point modern type . . . " (17 CFR Part 240.14a-5d). I am curious what font and font size you have been using for your proxy statements. We have been using Trade Gothic varying from 8.5 to 12 pt. It has worked fine, but we might be interested in mixing it up a bit. Thanks!
