Hope you are all doing well, and enjoying the last few days of summer.

But on a brighter note, I wanted to take a few moments to quickly share some awesome site updates we’ve made to the Workiva Community. So with that, let go head and get started.

New styles, icons, and colors

First, you probably notice that the styles and colors have changed a bit. This crisper, cleaner look is now more inline with Workiva.com so the navigation back and forth should be more seamless.

Updated tiles and topics

Next, based on your feedback and needs, we’ve updated our tiles and topics on the homepage. Some have been renamed, and some are all together new.

For example, Update Hub has been renamed to Ideas & Updates, as has “Feedback & Suggestions” topic, which is now simply Submit Feedback. New to this tile is also Beta Programs, which we’re sure you’ll love. What’s New has also been renamed to Workiva Updates and as a reminder, release notes are now found in Help. Here instead you’ll find new and upcoming platform and product updates, as well as support changes.

Workiva Platform Discussions

Continuing down, you’ll find that we’ve broken our our topics to now differentiate more solution based questions under Platform including new areas like Global Stat and All things FERC. Under Products too, you’ll find all the usual areas you are familiar with already, plus the Database, newly added Processes & Tasks.

Key Features, Tips, and Helpful Info

Also new is this tile about Key Features, where discussions on our most popular features are found. Some new topics include Change Management, which is for questions on permissions, lock edits, track changes, or blacklines, and also Collaboration Tools, where you’ll find Q&A on comments, reviews, attachments and digital tie outs. Also new are Copy, Import and Export, Designed Reporting and last but not least, Linking!

A fantastic new add is also this tile for more Tips and Best Practices. We’ve further branched out this into areas for Audit, Risk and SOX, Filing and XBRL, and Reporting Tips, as well as a link to the Marketplace.

Wdata & Developer info is still rockin’ it, and additional Links & Helpful Info are also found right here too to our release info, customer support and Workiva status pages.
