  Thanks for reaching out! Here's a more detailed breakdown of how to add a brand new test form for a new control in Classic GRC:

   

  Step 1 — Create the new control record
  - Navigate to the Data Experience and create the new control record
  - You will need the Data Admin role to do this
  - Controls and test forms have a 1:1 relationship, so a test form can only be created once a control record exists

   

  Step 2 — Create the test form
  - Once the control exists, navigate to the Testing Experience
  - Create a new test form and link it to your newly created control
  - From there, add your Test Phases, Review Plans, testers, reviewers, and due dates

   

  Tip: If you can't find a control when creating a test form, first search to check whether a test form for that control already exists — the platform won't allow duplicate test forms for the same control.

   

  Need to create multiple new test forms at once?
  If you have several new controls that need test forms, a bulk import via CSV/spreadsheet is available — however this must be performed by a PSM. Please reach out to your CSM to arrange this.
