When you add a new reporting year in Sustainability Program, you can choose what to copy over from the Program's metrics for the new year — including collected values, data collection tasks, and connected source files. To help simplify Program roll forward, you'll soon be able to Copy additional files (and folders) — in a single step! — to also include your Factbook, reporting outputs, Processes, and other necessities for the new year. 

Just like with connected source files, you'll be able to choose what to copy from these additional files — such as connections, comments, attachments, and so on — in the roll forward; the Program will automatically include their linked sources!

    FYI, this feature is now available, with one caveat: While this post alludes to the ability to copy folders in addition to files, you can currently only select files to include in the roll forward. The ability to include folders is forthcoming; however, you can still use folders to curate the files to copy — such as based on data collection vs reporting outputs — and ease their selection for inclusion. You can learn more in Support Center.
