Today marks a big milestone, September 15th is officially the first day all filings must be submitted using EDGAR Next credentials. That means the legacy filing process (CIK/Password) is officially retired and EDGAR Next is the new standard.

This transition didn’t happen overnight. Over the past months, you’ve been reviewing guidance, updating credentials, coordinating across teams, and running tests to make sure everything was ready. We want to thank you for your attention to this very important update!

We know change like this takes planning, patience, and more than a few checklists. But thanks to your efforts, you’re set up for success with the new system.
