User Tokens for Multiple Users on same CIK

How do we upload another and/or a renewed User Token to Workiva after the delegation phase is completed? I don't see a place in Workiva to add another User Token or provide an updated User Token once a CIK has been delegated to Workiva. I'm the Workspace Admin and the other User is not in Workiva, but both need to be able to file through Workiva as delegate.

    After delegating to Workiva, you can manage User Tokens for filing through the following process:

    1. Accessing Token Management
       - Log into your Workiva workspace
       - Navigate to the SEC Reporting section
       - Look for a "Manage EDGAR Next Tokens" or similar option

    2. Adding a New User Token
       - Click "Add User Token"
       - Paste or upload your new User Token
       - Associate it with your Workiva user account

    3. Renewing an Existing Token
       - Find your existing token in the list
       - Click "Renew" or "Update"
       - Paste or upload your new User Token to replace the old one

    4. Managing Multiple Users
       - Workspace Admins can add tokens for other authorized users
       - Each user should have their own unique User Token associated with their Workiva account

    5. Token Expiration Reminders
       - Workiva will likely provide notifications when tokens are nearing expiration
       - Plan to renew your User Token every 30 days

    6. Non-Workiva Users
       - For authorized filers who don't have Workiva accounts:
         - Consider adding them as limited-access users in Workiva
         - Or, coordinate offline to obtain their renewed tokens for manual entry

    Best Practices
       - Regularly check and update tokens to ensure uninterrupted filing capabilities
       - Maintain clear communication with all authorized filers about token management responsibilities
       - Document your process for token updates to ensure smooth handoffs if personnel changes occur

    Remember, while Workiva handles the Filer API Token after delegation, each individual filer is responsible for maintaining their own User Token. Keeping these tokens up-to-date in Workiva ensures you can continue to file seamlessly through the platform.
