Certifications: populated signer emails
BeantwoordWithin a certification process, when adding a person to "Send to" a drop-down list of names populates, and I am able to search for/select the recipient from that list. Where is this drop-down list linked to, and how can it be modified? For example, I have one person included who has an old/incorrect email listed, and would like to update it to the proper email address. It does not appear that the email which populates here is the same one that is included within our respective Workspace (as the Workspace area shows a different email for this person), and I am having difficulty tracking down where the old email address is being populated from to be able to fix it.

In the certification process, the drop-down list of names is populated based on the "Person" data type from a related database. This configuration is managed by "Data Admins" who have both Data Admin and Manager roles. They can modify this by accessing the relevant data type and updating the records contained within it.To update an email:
- Identify the data type the field is linked to (likely "Person").
- Modify the record associated with that person through the database settings.If the email is outdated or incorrect and isn't matching with the workspace data, it might be due to having duplicate records for the person. Check and resolve any duplicates.
