The question here is really, what can’t they help with. Our Support Team not only has the same passion for helping people as your Customer Success Manager, and also the same in-depth knowledge of the Workiva platform. On top of that, they have intricate know-how of the technical aspects of Workiva, as well as some fancy tools to better assist.
Locked out of Wdesk, or need a password reset? They got you covered. Need help with a pending filing? No sweat! Just need to troubleshoot a weird formatting issue. They are at the ready and primed to assist with whatever questions you might have, so fire away!

What about the Community?
I’m a little biased, so I tend to think that Workiva Community is an invaluable resource, one that is a great place to find answers, learn and share tips, and stay on top of Workiva updates. So definitely, if you’re looking to get input from other like-minded users, or share a bit of product feedback, this is the place for you!
And while we have a Support Issues topic in the Community, in most cases these types of requests are often moved onto our Support Team to handle outside of the Community in other channels like email or phone. That’s because often there’s a pressing need requiring someone to look at it and/or sensitive data to consider. You are certainly free to post your questions here in the Community and we’ll be happy to help you however you reach out.
