Available font styles in next gen Presentations
VoltooidI'm wondering if the list of available fonts in Presentations will be expanded in the future? Our company's standard default font for PPT is Trebuchet MS, which does not appear available in the drop down list. We would like to expand the use of presentations in the future, and I'm just looking ahead in case the font issue is a show stopper.

Great question. From an availability standpoint, any font enabled on your account would be listed in the dropdown on any document type, including Presentations. Currently, we have the following Supported Fonts, which does include Trebuchet, although I don't see Trebuchet MS. Any font on this list can be activated on your account per request. If you'd like Trebuchet enabled, let me know and I can have the turned on for you to use.
If Trebuchet itself does not meet your needs, we can work on getting Trebuchet MS added. There are a few items to consider here, including timeline, cost and licensing.
The timeline is dependent on how the font is licensed and how long it takes to acquire the font files. If Workiva is able to procure the font files quickly, or the font files are already available, the font implementation should take 4-6 weeks to get pushed into the application and made available for use. Not all font requests can be honored due to licensing restrictions, and the licensing process can take time, depending on the font supplier. If there is a cost to license, this can be passed onto the customer requesting.
