Par Value Per Share Tagging

Hi All,

 

I have successfully tagged my 10-Q cover with the title of 12(b) security for our par value per share. However, I am also using that par value number within the footnotes and the cover page view in the SEC viewer is picking up all instances of that tag with another column with every date for which I tagged the par value. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi Michelle,

    Thanks for the question! Without seeing your disclosure/tagging it is hard to say what the exact fix would be. However, a couple of thoughts, if you are tagging the actual par value, this is not required for the cover page tagging, or if you are using the element "Title of 12(b) Security," this element should only be used on the cover page.
