Any information stored about you in the Workiva Community is only accessible through your profile and by default—your profile is not viewable by anyone except you and the Workiva staff. However, once you make any contributions, such as a post or comment, your profile is then viewable all members of the Community. Specifically, the info available in your profile includes:

• Name and any optional personal info
• Total Community activity
• Last activity date
• Member since date
• Activity overview of last 10 contributions
• Posts and comments
• Following and followed by
• Votes
• Subscriptions

Note that any non-members who are viewing the site (i.e., public viewers) cannot see your profile info, even if you have made contributions. As mentioned above, your name is hidden and replaced with only your first name.
