Question on PBC request
BeantwoordThe client had uploaded sample selections via PBC request sent by us and it shows that the task in 'Sample' as completed. The client wants to upload more files in the same request using ‘upload additional files’ functionality, however, it is grey out and not working. Is there a way where a client can upload additional files once the task is assigned as completed?

Deepanshu, I'm re-posting my earlier response that was lost for posterity:
Hi Deepanshu.Once a request is completed, you cannot go back and modify the request or upload new files. However, if the client has access to the test form, they can browse to that phase and directly upload in the in the attachments panel on the right hand side. Meanwhile, the ability to re-open completed requests is something we are currently looking into; in the meantime you can create new requests for the same matrix by creating a new sample request button right below the matrix. Can you tell me about the need to add more files to the additional files section? 0
The client later realized that they had only uploaded a partially files and need to upload more files for the same request. The client does not want to raise any PBC request and also they are seeking to have a files pertaining to one control in one centralized request 0U moet u aanmelden om een opmerking te plaatsen.
