FAST Act - iXBRL Tagging Entity Registrant Name
BeantwoordUnder the FAST Act I am required to tag my "EntityRegistrantName" (exact name of registrant as specified in its charter); however, my company's name includes commas and periods, as do most. Our EDGAR name does not. We've historically included this tag in a non-printing section. I've been looking at Delta's 6/30 10-Q since they file so early. It looks like they kept the EntityRegistrantName tag in a non-printing section, which will help us with the EDGAR error, but it doesn't seem to fulfill the Cover Page Tagging updates. Anything that I'm missing or is there an update coming that will help address this issue?

Hi Ethan,
You might have already seen, but the good news is the SEC has since released an update to EDGAR which I believe should alleviated the issues you were experiencing.
There's a lot in there, but the bits that seem like it could help relate the first bullet, which reads:Differences in whitespace or punctuation; hyphen characters (-,–) may either match whitespace or nothing. For example, "ABC Real-time" will match both "A.B.C. RealTime" and "ABC, Real Time".
Again, you may have already seen this change, but wanted to follow-up with you there. My apologies for not getting to you sooner. Let me know what questions you have for me and if you need anything else. Thanks as always and have a great day!
