Do individuals need an individual account at login.gov in order to be able to set up the filing project in Workiva?  This individual will not test file or live file - only set up the project with the document that will be filed.  Thank you.

    For individuals who are only setting up filing projects in Workiva but not performing test or live filings, there is no requirement to have a login.gov account.

    The login.gov account requirement primarily affects: Account Administrators who manage the EDGAR Next account and Users who submit test or live filings through the EDGAR system.

    For project setup tasks within Workiva like creating documents, formatting content, or applying XBRL tags, these activities can be performed without any EDGAR Next credentials or login.gov accounts.

    So individuals who are solely responsible for preparing filing documents and projects in Workiva can continue their work as usual, without needing to create login.gov accounts or obtain EDGAR Next credentials.
