Permissions per user in a workspace

To check permissions for a single user or Group in a workspace is very cumbersome. You need to open each document, spreadsheet, presentation to get a detailed view. There is no possibility today to see in one click which workspace files incl sections a user has, either directly as user or as part of a user Group.

Is there any development planned soon to make it easier for admins to check the permission within a workspace for a single user?

    Hello hello Marion Kjellander,

    I have some exciting news to share! There is a feature planned for this called the Permission Report. Permission Reports allow Workspace Owners to see what level of access selected groups and users have to the selected files and folders in your workspace. You can customize which users and groups and which files and folders are included in the report. This feature is currently in beta testing so you'll need to reach out to your CSM to get early access!     The Permissions Report is in long-term beta and there isn’t a timeline for general availability at the moment. However, your CSM should be able to add you as a participant in our beta program. If this is something you're currently interested I recommend reaching out to your CSM to get it enabled!
