Excel formula not working

The following formula works in Excel, but not in Wdesk:

=(H5(--('Sheet 1'!E:E="PSU"),--('Sheet 1'!F:F>G6),'Sheet 1'!H:H,'Sheet 1'!I:I))/C34

It's pulling from "Sheet 1" What am I doing wrong?
