"Use parentheses for Negatives" not showing up in Advanced Options

I copied and pasted link to a number that's negative in my document. I want to remove the dash "-" in front of the number i.e. show the value as absolute in the document. Usually I do this via the Advanced Options in Format , however there's nothing showing under the Advanced Options to allow me to do this. Anyone experiencing this? What's is the way to achieve what I want?

    Hi Hazel Hall,

    Apologies on the delay here. From the format options, did you select a Value Format Style for that number? It looks like if it is set to "automatic," it doesn't have the checkbox underneath that says "use parentheses for negatives." Give that a try and let us know if it helps!
