New Process
BeantwoordI am not sure if I am doing this migration wrong but it seems that I have to open a process for each actions, since I am unable to add/run new actions after an approval is completed. Also my final approvers never received any email to ask for approval unless something has been modified and I couldn't find a way to deactivate this option.
My biggest worry is to keep opening new processes for each actions, when before I could keep all of them in the same process folder.

Hi Emilie Domingo In processes, the process auto-completes when all the actions in the process are completed or cancelled. If you want to manually control when it completes so that you can continuously add new actions, you simply add a task to the process and assign it to your self. I usually call the task 'complete to close process'. This will prevent all the tasks from finishing and auto-completing the process until you are ready for it by completing that task. The auto-approve setting is in process properties. If you turn that off, it will have you approve everything whether there is an exception or not. 87% of our users use this setting all the time so that is the current default. We've added wording to the action details panel by the approver setting to help you see if this setting is on or off for your process.
