We have certifications going in the new process and have run into an issue. For one process, all people that will sign have completed it, but the process is not marked complete as one person did not sign. We do not want to delete the action because we need record that the task was sent and not signed by the original signer. We would like to have some way to close out this process. Our thoughts included:

• Mark the entire process as complete so we can filter it out of the Processes main page which is filtered to only show in progress processes
• Have some way to mark the action as complete or some other status that would automatically close the entire process. Would be even better if there was somewhere to include a note of why we centrally/manually marked the action as complete.
