Hi Jessalyn Pereira The groups will appear as workspace groups after the migration.  When they send a bulk certification, you can pick the group they want to use from the list and similar to classic it will generate a unique letter and send it to each individual in the group.

    Hi Jessalyn Pereira

Group migration requires the Workspace Owner system role and Certifier Admin ability.

Yes, for classic its from the process landing page, clicking on the more dropdown > delete

No, you cant add a group to a signer/approver step in processes, nor could you in classic. What you can do in processes is use a group to create individual actions assigned to each user in the group, this works identically to how classic worked.

How can we migrate groups? The "migrate group" button is greyed out. I reached out to my administrator and have been granted "Workspace Admin" and "Workspace Owner" yet it is still greyed out.

Hi Lease Center of Excellence most likely you are missing BOTH roles that are needed to do any of the migrations: Who can migrate?
Users who have both sets of roles can migrate:
    • Certifier Admin, Certifier Creator or Workspace Owner in classic Certs AND
    • One of the following roles that allows you to create a Process
    STANDARD, XBRL_EDITOR, XBRL_VIEWER, XBRL_MANAGER, XBRL_REVIEWER, PROCESS_CONTROL_OWNER, EXTERNAL_AUDIT, TESTER, REVIEWER, MANAGER, PREPARER,PROFESSIONAL, SEC_EDITOR, EDITOR, WORKSPACE_SUPPORT_USER
