Filling Out Action Plans
Does Workiva have the capability of sending a link to a Process Owner and presenting the Action Plan procedure for the Process Owner to fill out and submit?
Right now, all I can figure out is to send a request to the Process Owner, asking them to download an action plan template (go Excel!), filling that template out, and then uploading it using the request for information. Then the auditor copies and pastes the response into the Action Plan form, which seems like we are missing an opportunity to automate the process.
Am I missing something?

Requests has been a tool used for this to date. We are actively working on action item workflow in the last half of this year.0
Is this still on the radar for Workiva? We also find that the current options for getting Owners to provide action plan data is not very efficient. Ideally, the Owners would be able to directly enter action plan information.

Isaac OardHi Isaac, I am creating Requests on an Action Plan to notify a user of an Action Plan that's been assigned to them. But I am unable to report on such Requests... there is no link between Requests and Action Plans as there is between Requests and Issues. Any reason why and how can I report on Requests related to Action Plans?
