Certification - Signing without Logging In, Editing Certs Email, Changing Point of Contact

I have a couple of questions - some of which have been addressed in this forum before. As we're about to start quarter-end in a few days, we wanted to confirm before 6/30 a few features that were in the Classic version:
1. Signing without logging in: about 45 out of 50 of our signers have never logged into Workiva. Is there a guide/ previous post that provides instructions on how to add (individually/ bulk-add) this feature to either the process or the letters?
2. Editing Certs Email Content: Is there a way to update the content of the certification email sent to signers? Please see image below, section "A".
3. Changing Point of Contact: Is there a way to update the point of contact before the email is sent out? Is there a way to update the point of contact when the reminder email is being sent out? Please see image below, section "B".

For #1, That feature just became available yesterday. Here is a support article explaining how to use this new process.
For #2, After doing some research I see that they're planning to add that feature in a few weeks.
For #3, At the moment processes emails are ‘sent’ by the person who started/ran the process. The workaround would be to note who the point of contact is in the instructions of the action or in the email sent to signers/approvers (once that feature is available). I can set up an idea ticket for you to stay updated on when this will become available.
0Isaac Oard Could you please clarify for #3. When you say "started/ran" the process do you mean the person who clicked "run" or the person who created the process in wdesk? Thanks!
1Whoever clicked run, it would then go to the assignees to complete. Once the assignee completed the process, the person who clicked run would receive an email letting them know it was completed. Hope that clears up your question.

0Lynn Penney I noticed a new feature today when running Certs - it looks like the Workiva team added a way to update the content of the cert email :)

I will be clicking run but do not want the email letting me know it is completed as once I hit run, I do nothing more with the certs. Will the approver get this email?
