We include our Proxy in our ARS- however; currently, the proxy lives completely outside the ARS document as we've never needed to combine them for a filing. We are debating the best way to incorporate- one idea is to bring the ARS in as non-printing and file the proxy as is (proxy filing), then remove the ARS from non-printing and change the document properties to ANNLRPT and file as ARS. Is that idea feasible? The other idea is to simply copy the proxy into the ARS and update them both simultaneously.

    Welcome to the Community Ashley Polan!

    The ARS is filed as a PDF, so it's not necessary to change the type. Our best practice here is to file the proxy and then make the ARS printable and then print to PDF and file away.
